Finding the “I” in Influence is a career development program at the University of Pittsburgh open to all faculty members (tenure-track and non-tenure-track) across departments, schools, and career stages. Whether you are navigating academia’s unwritten rules, working to make your contributions visible, or simply wondering what your next professional step looks like, this program meets you where you are.

The program was created to address the unique barriers that faculty members with different cultural backgrounds and experiences encounter on their path to leadership in academic settings.
