To be eligible for the TRANSFORM Program, you must:

• Attend the 2024 (supported by home institution or by scholar) and the 2025 (supported by TRANSFORM) AAMC Mid-Career Seminar
• Hold an associate professor level faculty appointment for 2 or more years
• Individuals from historically or currently underrepresented group in science and medicine as defined by the NIH are encouraged to apply
• Be committed to pursuing an academic research career
• Aspire to promotion to the rank of full-professor and/or advancement towards a professional leadership position
