To apply to the CEED Program for Medical Students, please complete the online application. The application package must include all components listed below. Please note that all components are due by the application deadline.

• A research proposal that describes the Significance, Innovation, Specific Aims with Hypotheses, Approach, and Anticipated Challenges of your project. Please open application portal to fill out each of these sections.
• A budget and brief budget justification (see example)
