DGIM and ICRE Faculty Member, Dr. Dio Kavalieratos, named Early Career Investigator Award Winner

Congratulations to Dr. Dio Kavalieratos, the first PhD to win the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine Early Career Investigator Award. He is recognized for his work "to create systems, based on scientific evidence, that make palliative care an assumed part of everyone’s health care.”
