Wishwa N. Kapoor Grand Rounds
Leader, Mentor, Role Model – Dr. Wishwa N. Kapoor is the founder of the Institute for Clinical Research Education and past Director of the Clinical and Translational Science (CTS) Scholars Program (KL2) and Clinical and Translational Science Fellowship (TL1) Program. He has been a mentor to countless trainees and is highly regarded across the University and nationally. Therefore, it is fitting that this annual grand rounds lecture brings prominent experts to focus on critical career development and leadership issues in Clinical and Translational Science.
"I have had the privilege of working with Wishwa since 2002. He has been an incredible mentor and director, creating opportunities for me to advance my career. He is a visionary in education and training future generations of Clinical and Translational Scientists. I can think of no better way to honor him than with naming Grand Rounds focused on career development after him."
